摘要:在查阅大量文献和资料的基础上,以云铝文山铝厂氧化铝焙烧车间的实际生产工艺为参考,设计年产8万吨氧化铝焙烧车间。20世纪中期,氧化铝生产工艺技术得到了很大进步,流态化焙烧工艺实验成功,随即得到推广。80年代以来,我国新建的氧化铝厂也纷纷引进了国外先进的氧化铝流态化焙烧炉,取代了原有的回转窑焙烧工艺。目前,国内外生产氧化铝都是以流态化焙烧工艺为主,流态化焙烧炉又分为循环流化床焙烧炉、流态化闪速焙烧炉和气态悬浮焙烧炉三种。本次设计采用的是流态化闪速焙烧炉。

   本次设计主要从以下几方面着手进行:产品的市场分析;厂址的选择与论证;焙烧工艺的选择与论证;冶金过程的物料以及能量平衡计算;主体设备的选择和计算以及图纸的绘制。

ABSTRACT:The alumina roasting workshop for output of 80,000 tons annually is designed on the basis of the extensive literature information and the actual production process at WenShan Aluminium Plant roasting workshop for reference. In middle of 20th century, the skill of alumina production had been made much progress. And the fluidization roasting experiment get a great success, then be promoted. Since the 80’s, our new alumina plant have also introduced the foreign advanced fluidized roaster of alumina, replacing the old roasting process of rotary kiln. At present, the alumina production at home and abroad are mainly in fluidized roasting process. Fluidized roaster is divided into Circulating Fluidized-bed Calciner (CFBC), Fluidized Flash Calciner (FFC) and Gaseous Suspension Calciner (GSC). The Fluidized Flash Calciner (FFC) will be used in this design.

   This design was carried out from the following aspects: the market analysis and demonstration of the product, the selection and demonstration of the roasting process, material and energy balance calculations of metallurgical procedure, the selection and calculation of the main equipment and drawings.
