摘  要:顺酐是一种极其重要的有机化工原料,现在已成为世界第三大有机酸酐。由于顺酐很容易通过光化、加成、酯化、加氢等反应生产出众多的下游产品,被广泛应用于不饱和聚酯树脂及其制品、涂料、工程塑料、医药、农药、添加剂等领域,开发利用前景十分广阔。

   本设计采用固定床糠醛氧化法生产顺酐,主要生产过程包括:(1)固定床氧化;(2)部分冷凝;(3)经水吸收;(4)二甲苯脱水;(5)精制,并对其进行了物料衡算、热量衡算、设备选型、管道计算、经济估算。

   本设计中绘制了带控制点的工艺流程图、物料平衡图、车间平面布置图和关键设备条件图。

Abstract:Maleic anhydride(MA) is a kind of raw material which is of much importance to organic chemical engineering. MA can be easily dissolved in water, organic solvent of acetone, ethyl acetate and so on, so it is widely used in the fields of resin, paint, agriculture, lubricant, paper dealing agent and food additive etc. Therefore,it is promising for development and utilization as good chemical resources.

   MA is produced in fixed-bed by the technology route of furfural oxidation. The process includes steps as following: (1)fixed-bed oxidation; (2)part condensation; (3)water absorption; (4)dehydrated by Xylene;(5)refined. The technology designs of MA production for the whole process are prepared according material balance, energy equilibrium, equipment choice and economic estimate.

   The flow charts as PID, PFD, factory layout diagram and the layout chart of workshop with equipment are drawn in this design.
