摘要:本文介绍了染料敏化太阳能电池中TiO2光阳极的研究与应用现状,对TiO2光阳极的制备方法进行了综述,论述了以PS胶体晶体为模板,TiCl4为钛源,通过溶胶-凝胶法和浸渍渗透法对TiO2前驱体填充至胶体晶体间隙,再利用煅烧去除胶体晶体模板,得到三维有序大孔TiO2薄膜。通过扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)对PS胶体晶体表面结构进行了表征,并对最终的TiO2薄膜也进行了SEM表征和红外光谱检测。组装的染料敏化太阳能电池在100 mW/cm2模拟太阳光照下,光电转换效率达到4.44 %。

Abstract:This article describes the TiO2 photo-anode dye-sensitized solar cell research and application, reviewed and discussed the preparation method of TiO2 photo-anode PS colloidal crystals as templates, TiCl4, titanium source, by a Sol-gel technique andimpregnated penetration of TiO2 precursor filled to the clearance of colloidal crystals, re-use calcined to remove the colloidal crystal template, the three-dimensional ordered macroporous TiO2 film. By scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) to characterize the surface structure of PS colloidal crystals, the TiO2 film and the final SEM characterization and Infrared Spectroscopy. The power conversion efficiency was 4.44% under the 100 mW/cm2  solar simulator.
