摘要:本文详细介绍了汽车离合器的概况、种类和工作原理。并以本田CIVIC 轿车为例，分析该轿车的离合器，以小见大，进而分析轿车离合器的故障原因、解决办法，维修方式，以及如何正确使用、维护轿车离合器，尽量避免离合器的故障发生，延长使用寿命。

离合器装在发动机与变速器之间，汽车从启动到行驶的整个过程中，经常需要使用离合器。它的作用是使发动机与变速器之间能逐渐接合，从而保证汽车平稳起步；暂时切断发动机与变速器之间的联系，以便于换档和减少换档时的冲击；当汽车紧急制动时能起分离作用，防止变速器等传动系统过载，起到一定的保护作用。离合器类似开关，接合或断离动力传递作用，因此，任何形式的汽车都有离合装置，只是形式不同而已。现在，一些新的技术也进入了离合器系统。

本田CIVIC轿车离合器采用膜片弹簧离合器。膜片弹簧离合器是用膜片弹簧代替了一般螺旋弹簧及分离杆机构而做成的离合器。这种离合器有很多优点。在分析这类离合器的故障以及维修这种离合器的时候，我们要根据它的特点，采用相应的故障分析思路和相应的维修方法，以便更好地维护该类离合器。
