摘要:中药是我们祖国的民族瑰宝,具有上千年的临床使用历史,中药产业在我国医药市场一直有着举足轻重的地位,世界上有160多个国家向我国进口中药原材料和成药,中药将成为我国自然科学领域最有优势和潜力的产业。而作为中华百年来老字号北京同仁堂更是推动中医药国际化的先驱者之一,拥有海外合资公司(门店)28家,遍布15个国家和地区,其中北京同仁堂在2004年正是进驻新加坡,至今已经在新加坡开设了4家分店,这无疑是我国中医药开拓国外市场又一壮举。本文主要通过SWOT分析法从宏观和微观两方面对北京同人堂在新加坡的核心竞争力进行分析找出企业优势和劣势,并且通过理论解决可能遇到的问题并且发展自身优势。

Abstract:Traditional Chinese medicine is a national treasure of our country, with a thousand years of clinical use of history, traditional Chinese medicine industry in China's pharmaceutical market has always been a pivotal position in the world to more than 160 countries, China's imports of raw materials and medicines of traditional Chinese medicine, Chinese medicine will become the natural sciences the most advantages and potential of the industry. As the Chinese centuries old Beijing TongRenTang Chinese Medicine is to promote the internationalization of one of the pioneers, with overseas joint ventures (store) 28, over 15 countries and regions, including Beijing TongRenTang is stationed in Singapore in 2004, Singapore has already opened four stores, this is to open up foreign markets of China's medicine is another feat. In this paper, through the SWOT analysis from the macro and micro aspects of the Beijing colleagues Church in Singapore, the core competitiveness of enterprises for analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses, and through the theory to solve possible problems and to develop its own advantages.
