摘要:个人理财业务现在已经成为全国乃至世界各大银行的一项主要业务。在巨大的市场需求和机遇面前,包括银行在内的各种金融机构纷纷挖掘自身潜力和优势,加大科技投入,建立个人理财平台,积极抢占个人理财市场,使个人理财的市场竞争日趋激烈。在西方国家,个人理财业务以其批量大、风险低、业务范围广、经营收益稳定等优势在商业银行业务发展中占据重要位置。随着中国经济的发展与社会的进步,个人财富不断增长并且呈现出集中趋势,人们对于个人财富的态度、观念和处理方式与过去相比发生了很大的变化,个人理财逐渐成为人们关注的焦点。因此大力开展个人理财业务,创造出银行新的利润增长点,最大程度地缩小与西方发达国家商业银行之间的差距,已成为我国商业银行面临的迫切任务。

   论文以经济学和商业银行经营学的理论为基础,首先对中信银行个人理财业务的发展背景进行阐述,一方面指明个人理财业务是市场竞争的结果,另一方面指出个人理财业务是商业银行发展的关键;其次,概述中信银行个人理财业务的理论支持,主要运用金融创新理论和商业银行经营理论来阐述;再者,通过对客户进行了大范围的调研,这些客户含盖了不同学历、年龄、职业以及不同收入的社会阶层,具有一定的代表性,从而分析了客户的真实需求情况,同时了解了客户现阶段金融投资理财情况,包括选择银行方面侧重的内容、客户现有的理财工具、客户希望理财中心提供的投资服务项目以及对收费的态度;然后指出当前中信银行个人理财业务发展存在的主要问题。在本文中,通过将中信银行和其他银行进行对比发现其特色,对客户的反馈进行分析研究其存在的问题,并对增强中信银行个人理财业务发展提出策略。
