摘要:目前,手机银行已成为一种崭新的银行服务渠道,也是电子银行系统中十分重要的一环,它在原先数据高速交换和全球互联等优势的基础上着重突出了方便快捷、不受时间及地域限制的特性。越来越多的银行发现了手机银行业务的优势及潜力,争相开发并完善手机银行的使用功能。解决手机银行营销中常见的问题是进一步推广手机银行的关键所在。 本文通过研究民生手机银行业务的发展状况,并结合实际市场状况对民生银行手机银行业务营销中存在的问题与对策的研究,希望对民生银行更好地推广手机银行业务、扩大其市场占有率提供一定的帮助。 关键词:民生银行 手机银行业务 营销问题 问题与对策
Abstract: Mobile banking service has now become a new way for banking services,as well as a very important part of electronic banking system,besides its high speed of information exchange and global connectivity with other advantages ,it also highlights its convenience,all the time ,unique of the restriction of geography. More and more banks have discovered the advantages of mobile banking service includes its capacity,and competing to develop and improve the use of mobile banking service. So, how to solve the problem of mobile banking marketing is a very crucial step. By studying the development of mobile banking service of China Minsheng Bank , discussion with actual market situation for mobile banking service of CMSB, aim to help CMSB improve its mobile banking service as well as expand its market share rate.
