摘要:导游作为旅行社的核心员工同时也是旅行社旅游接待工作中的主体,是整个旅游服务的轴心,对我国旅游业的发展有着至关重要的作用。但由于我国旅行社管理制度的不健全,这与激励体制,薪酬管理,社会管理等的不健全有关。导致旅行社导游人员流失严重,导游服务质量不过关。最终影响旅行社的形象,旅游业的整体发展。导游整体素质离不开导游管理的制度,也与社会环境密切相关。良好的管理制度是导游职业发展的基本保证。 规范和建设导游队伍,使之良好发展,在现经济发展飞快的今天也是一个艰巨的任务。本论文将研究导游管理制度的发展历程,发展现状、发展趋势以及其建设完善,综合多方面考虑为广之旅在激烈的人才竞争中提供有效的建议和发展策略。 关键词: 导游管理,制度,措施
Abstract:As the core staff and the main strength in tourism reception of the tourism agency, cicerone is playing an important role in China’s tourism development. Nowadays, the supervising system of Chinese tourism agency is not perfect, which is related to lack of perfect encouragement system, compensation system and social management. This defect leads to the draining of cicerone staff and reducing the quality of guide service; finally post a negative influence to the image of tourism agency as well as the development of our tourism industry. Quality of the cicerone is not only closely related with the social environment, but also should not be separated from a fine tourism system, which is a basic guarantee for the development of the tourism’s career. It’s a difficult task to standardize and organize a good cicerone teem and to make it growing well, even with a fast developing social economic. This paper studies in development of manage system of cicerone, including the developing course, current situation, tendency and the degree of construction; provides effective recommendations and strategies for GZL in fierce competition for talent. 导游人员作为旅行社的核心员工,不仅代表旅行社的形象,还直接关系到旅行社未来的发展。而导游队伍的建设有赖于一套健全的导游管理制度。如旅行社除了要解决旺季的用人问题,还应加大对人才挽留的力度。规范导游活动的同时也应该维护好旅游市场的秩序,保障旅游者和导游人员的合法权益。还有强化导游培训,坚持导游形象的正面宣传。总之,只有充足稳定的导游资源才能更好的发展公司业务,高素质的导游人才更是为广之旅带来更好的企业形象。这就需要不断改良导游管理制度,一个良好的管理制度是吸引更多更优秀人才的保证。
