摘要:在经济、信息高速发展的现代社会,在新课改的环境中,在大力推行素质教育的背景下,作为基础性学科的语文,受到了很大的冲击,语文教师肩负着的传承祖国语言文字、培养学生正确的情感态度价值观这一任务显得尤为重要,语文教师不应只注重于字词等基础知识的传授,而应对语文教学提出更高的要求,语文教师自身也应对自己的语言艺术提出更高的要求。在语文教学中,教师无时无刻不用语言去传递信息、传递知识、传递情感,而教师如何构建更高效的语文课堂成为新时代的一项命题。 本文致力于提出提高中学语文教师的语言艺术的有效策略,最终能够激发学生学习语文的兴趣,促使中学生更规范地使用现代汉语,提高中学生的语文素养,更好地传承与发扬传统文化,更好地建设我们的民族共同语。 参照目前国内的各项研究成果,根据笔者的调查结果,本文的主要内容如下:首先是绪论部分,这部分包括理论研究的背景与意义、国内理论研究综述、研究目的以及调查方法与路线;第二部分笔者根据语言学相关理论对“语言艺术”、“语文教师语言艺术”等概念进行了界定,为本文的一些观点结论提供理论前提;接着根据教师语言艺术的相关理论,对教师语言艺术的特征进行了论述;第四部分是根据调查研究的结果,分析中学语文教师在课堂教学、课后交流、以及批改作业中语言艺术的使用现状;最后根据调查结果中发现的问题,提出提高中学语文教师的语言艺术的方法。 在本研究中,在对两所中学初一至初三的250位中学生进行问卷调查,以及深入了解多位语文教师的语文课堂并发现一些问题的基础上对中学语文教师的语言艺术提出一些见解和建议如下:语文教师要训练语言表达基本功;多读书,提高语文专业素养;重视学生的反馈信息;深入剖析文本;教师之间研讨交流;积极参加教学观摩等。 关键词 语文教学;语言艺术;课堂教学;课后交流;批改作业
Abstract:In modern society, where economy and information develop rapidly, in the environment of the new curriculum reform, and in the background of strong promoting Quality Education, Chinese, as a basic subject, has got a great impact. The task that Chinese teachers shoulder that inheriting our language and cultivating students’ right emotion, attitude and values is particularly important. So Chinese teachers should not only focus on teaching basic knowledge of words, they should put forward higher teaching requirements for the Chinese Language Teaching, and Chinese teachers themselves should put forward higher requirements for their own language arts. In Chinese teaching, teachers convey knowledge, information and emotion with language all the time. Teachers how to build a more effective Chinese classroom has been a proposition of the new era. This paper is devoted to propose effective strategies to improve the language arts of Chinese teachers in middle schools. Finally it can be able to arouse students' interests in learning Chinese, make students use modern Chinese more standardized, improve the students' Chinese accomplishment, better to inherit and carry forward the traditional culture, and better to construct our national common language. According to the current domestic research results, based on my findings, the main contents of this paper are as follows: the first part is introduction, this part includes the background and significance of the research, domestic research review, research purpose and research methods and route; in the second part, according to linguistic theory, I defined "language arts", " language arts of Chinese teachers "and other concepts, to provides the theoretical basis for some conclusions of this paper; then according to the theory about teacher's language arts, I discussed the characteristics of the teachers’ language arts; the fourth part is according to the study results, analyze the situation of usage of the language arts of Chinese teachers in middle schools in Classroom teaching, Extracurricular exchange and homework checking; Finally, based on problems found in the survey, I proposed methods to improve the language arts of Chinese teachers in middle schools. In this paper, based on conducting a survey on 250 middle school students of grade 1 to 3 in two middle schools, and observing some Chinese teachers’ Chinese language classroom, I try to put forward some opinions and suggestions on the language arts of Chinese teachers in middle schools, for example,training basic language skills; reading more books to improve the professional quality; paying attention to the feedback from students; analyzing the texts in depth; exchanging experience with other teachers; inspecting and learning actively form others’ teaching.
