摘要:2011年十月,教育部颁发《关于国家精品开放课程建设的实施意见》也详细阐述精品开放课程在“十二五”的发展规划。完善的评价体系建设是整个精品开放课程建设的重要环节,MIT OCW已经走过了十年,并且风靡全球。作者运用文献研究法、比较法对MIT OCW评价体系与我国精品课程进行对比研究后认为,在未来开发精品开放课程评价体系建设上应注重建立有效的公众反馈平台、设立专业网站运行管理团队、评价方式应多元化、评价应以用户为中心、第三方评价机构以及奖惩机制的引入六点进而实现精品开放课程效用最大化。

Abstract:In October 2011, issued by the Ministry of education on “opinions on the implement of the national quality open course construction” also pointed out the quality open course education in the direction of the 12th Five-Year Plan period. MIT OCW has gone through more than ten years and became popular in the world .The perfect evaluation system construction is the one of the most important factors of success. “In the future, the curriculum evaluation system construction should establish a more effective public feedback platform, pay attention to the diversity of evaluation means, the user as the center, the introduction of the third party evaluation mechanism and the reward and punishment mechanism so as to realize the quality open course to utility maximization”, which came from the author using the methods of literature research, comparison method to compare the MIT OCW evaluation system and our elaborate courses.
