摘要:随着我国市场经济的发展,票据作为经济往来的支付工具,其流通规模和使用数量不断扩大,尤其是汇票、本票、支票信用支付工具的推广使用,促进了票据市场业务的形成及票据市场的发展。然而随着票据业务以及票据市场的不断发展,票据发挥其应有的功能的同时,其潜在的风险也日渐突出,这些风险的存在时刻威胁着企业、银行的生存发展。因此，我们有必要从不同方面来探究分析票据所存在的风险,并提出有效的防范措施,使我们在经济交往与票据流通转让中能有效防范和化解票据风险

Abstract:With the development of our market economy, as the economic come-and-go bill payment tool, its current size and use amount expands ceaselessly, especially drafts, promissory notes, cheques and credit payment tool to promote the use of, promoted the bill market formation and the development of bill market. However with the bills and bills market development, the bill to play its due function at the same time, the potential risk is more and more prominent, the existence of these risks threaten the survival and development of enterprises, the bank. Therefore, it is necessary for us to explore the analysis from the different aspects of the bill risks exist, and proposed effective preventive measures, so that we in the economic exchanges and bill negotiable can effectively guard against and defuse bill risks.

　　　票据作为国际结算中一种重要的支付凭证，在国际上使用十分广泛。由于票据种类繁多，性质各异，再加上大多数国内居民极少接触到国外票据，缺乏鉴别能力，因而在票据的使用过程中也存在着许多风险, 一些不法分子利用伪造票据、票据图钱、票据逃债等多种手段进行票据违法行为，这样造成票据市场的混乱，人心慌慌。总之，我们在发展票据市场的同时，一定要加大监督防范的力度，只有防范得当，科学管理，监督有效，适当控制，加上借鉴各发达国家的做法，才能使票据市场健康发展，各阶层防范意识增强，人们更加放心使用票据，这有利于人们的工作、生活、学习，减少现金的大量使用，减少犯罪事件。
