【摘要】:随着互联技术的不断进步,购房人早已不用到售楼处去了,而是通过浏览房地产网站获得有用的信息,如购房指南、政策规定、房价参考等等。如今的房地产网站生存的物质基础是楼盘广告,楼盘广告的直接针对者就是广大购房人,因此吸引大量的房地产顾客成为房地产网站生存发展的必由之路。想要自己的网站在纷繁的网站中脱颖而出,就必须对广大购房人进行分析。

  本文在总结前人已有的研究基础上,以搜房网为例,研究用户对房地产网站的满意度,这些满意度包括用户对网站页面设计满意度,对搜索功能的满意度,对房源图片的满意度等等。运用问卷调查的方法展开分析,根据回收有效问卷得出的数据,分析出网站建设中的不足。基于研究结果,本文对提升房地产网站的用户满意度提出几点建议:完善页面布局设计、加强交流互动等。只有不断在这些方面进行改善,房地产网站才能越做越强。

【Abstract】:As Internet technology advances, buyers who already do not have to out sale, but rather by browsing real estate Web site useful information, such as buyers guides, policies and regulations, price information and so on. Today’s real estate website is the material basis for survival of real estate advertising, real estate advertising is directly targeted by the majority of buyers, attracted a large number of real estate customers as the only way to survival and development of real estate website. You want your site to stand out in numerous sites, it is necessary to analyze the vast number of buyers. 

  This article summarizes the basis of previous research has been to SouFun an example, the user satisfaction of real estate Web site, the satisfaction of Web page design, including user satisfaction, satisfaction with the search function on the room The satisfaction of the source image and so on. Methods used to analyze the survey, according to data obtained valid questionnaires, analysis of the site construction deficiencies. Based on the research results, this real estate web site in enhancing customer satisfaction to make a few suggestions: improve page layout design, strengthen exchanges and interaction. Only through improvements in these areas, the real estate site to become better and stronger.
