摘要:本论文针对氨基甲酸酯化后的涤棉织物,研究了氯漂时间、温度、氯漂液PH值、浓度以及浴比等因素对氯漂后涤棉布上氯含量的影响,并对涤棉布上氯胺的稳定性和可再生性进行研究。结果表明:随着氯漂温度的升高,氯含量减小,最佳氯漂温度范围为10℃以下;氯含量先增加后减少,在反应到6min时最高;氯漂液浓度在0.75wt%之前,氯含量随着浓度的增加而升高,且在0.5~0.75wt%之间增速逐渐变缓,在0.75wt%之后氯含量大幅下降,由此得到的最佳氯漂液浓度为0.5wt%;随着溶液PH值的增加,氯含量也相应变大,在PH=12时,氯含量最大;浴比对氯含量的影响很小,最佳浴比在1:70左右。氯漂后的涤棉在常温下稳定性较好,但经过多次氯漂后可再生性不佳。改性后的织物对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均具有抗菌性,且抑菌率随改性织物上氯含量增加而增加,当氯含量为1.32mg/g时,抑菌率达到了100%。

Abstract:In this paper, it was studied that different effects of the chlorine bleaching were made on the chlorine content of the terylence/cotton fabric with different factors, such as the time of chlorine bleaching process, the temperature of chlorine bleaching solution, the PH value of chlorine bleaching solution, the concentration of chlorine bleaching solution, and bath ratio of the chlorine bleaching. The results showed that: with the temperature increasing, the chlorine content significantly declined, as a result, the best chlorine bleaching temperature was below 10℃. At the beginning of the experiment, the chlorine content increased gradually, and after 6minutes it dropped sharply, so, the best time of chlorine bleaching is 6minutes. When the concentration of the chlorine bleaching solution was below 0.75wt%, with the the concentration increasing, chlorine content went up with it. When the concentration of the chlorine bleaching solution was between 0.5~0.75wt%, the growth rate gradually slowed down. Afterwards chlorine content started to degrade, so, the best concentration of chlorine bleaching solution was 0.5wt%. With the increase of the solution PH value, the chlorine correspondingly became larger, when the PH hit 12, the chlorine content reached the peak, so it's obvious that the best solution PH value was 12. Throughout the experiment, bath ratio has little effect on the chlorine content and the best bath ratio was around 1:70. The terylence/cotton fabric chlorine bleached have a good stability under room temperature. But the regenerability of chlorine content became weak after several times of bleaching. Modified fabric has antibacterial property over E.coli and staphylococcus aureus and the antibacterical rate rises with the chlorine content. The antibacterical ratio reaches 100% when chlorine content was 1.32mg/g.
