摘要:透光性是太阳能电池封装用EVA胶膜的重要性能指标。为了制得透光性较好的EVA胶膜,本实验以含28%VA的EVA为原料,选取合适的助剂,包括交联剂、抗氧剂、紫外吸收剂、紫外稳定剂、增粘剂等,采用紫外-可见分光光度计、万能拉力试验机测定胶膜的透光率和拉伸强度,采用正交实验的方法,筛选出力学性能合格、透光性较好的基本配方。然后在基本配方的基础上,引入稀土配合物组分Eu(DBM)2·MA·H2O,以期利用稀土配合物的荧光效应,达到吸收紫外光、增大可见光透光率的目的。实验结果表明,加入稀土配合物后,胶膜的透光率明显增加,由82.78%提高到86-87%,胶膜对紫外光有很好的吸收效果,达到了预期的目的。同时在130℃、225s的固化条件下,得到的胶膜力学性能较好,固化温度较低,且大大缩短了固化时间。

Abstract:Transmission of light is an important performance index for EVA adhesive film. In this subject ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer containing 28% VA was used to prepare EVA adhesive films for encapsulanting PV modules. Suitable auxiliaries, including crosslinking agent, antioxidants, ultraviolet absorbers, ultraviolet stabilizers, were added into EVA adhesive film. Light transmittance and tensile strength were measured by uv-vis spectrophotometer and universal tension tester. Using the orthogonal experiment method, a high transmission of light recipe is singled out as a basic recipe. Rare earth complexes components Eu(DBM)2·MA·H2O were added into the basic formula in order to absorb ultraviolet and increase transmission of light in visible light area. The results indicated that by adding rare earth complexes, the transmission of light significantly increased from 82.78% to 86-87%, and the adhesive film containing rare earth complexes had good effect of ultraviolet absorption, which achieved the expected purpose. At the condition of thermosetting temperature 130℃, time 225s, the mechanical performance of EVA film is very well, and the thermosetting time is much shorter.
