摘要:以工业聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)乳胶粒子为种子,进行苯乙烯/丙烯腈(St/AN)种子乳液聚合来制备PTFE-SAN核壳粒子。研究复合乳化剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)/OP-10用量和组成以及搅拌桨的转速对聚合稳定性、复合粒子的粒径大小和分布的影响。研究以所得到的PTFE-SAN核壳粒子改性的阻燃PC/ABS合金的氧指数(LOI)、垂直燃烧测试(UL94)、力学性能、热失重行为的影响。结果表明,通过改变SDS和OP-10的比例可以改变包覆效果,而且转速在120r/min的条件下包覆效果最佳,粒径大小和粒径分布以及红外表征都比较理想。在BDP阻燃PC/ABS合金混入适量改性的抗滴落剂以后,氧指数上升,但是力学性能(拉伸强度和冲击强度)稍有下降。

Abstract:Industrial polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) latex particles as seeds, for styrene/ acrylonitrile (St/AN) seed emulsion polymerization to prepare PTFE-SAN core-shell nanospheres, that to improving the compatibility of PTFE with the substrate sex.Research the effects on the stability of  polymerization as  well as particle size and distribution of composite particles when change the compound emulsifier sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) / OP-10 dosage and composition and the stirrer speed. Study the oxygen index (LOI) of PC/ABS alloy modified by the PTFE-SAN core-shell nanospheres we prepared , vertical burning test (the UL94), mechanical tests and the TGA test.The results showed that the modified conditions of the PTFE is manageable, the coating effect can be changed by changing the ratio of SDS and OP-10, and speed in the conditions of 120r/min coated the best results , particle size and particle size distribution and infrared characterization are all appropriate .When BDP flame retardant PC/ABS alloy mixed with appropriate amount of modified anti-dripping agent, oxygen index rose, but the mechanical properties(tensile strength and impact strength)of a slight decline.
