125t底吹转炉的水力学模型实验研究.doc

摘要:本实验采用昆钢125t转炉的1∕10为模型,利用相似原理建立水力学模型,实型与模型的费劳德(Froude)准数相等,利用自来水模拟钢液,空气模拟氮气,通过转炉底部的两个底吹孔吹入空气。实验中通过改变底吹孔个数、底吹气流量以及液面高度观察对熔池搅拌、喷溅量、混匀时间的影响,从而找出合理较佳的工艺参数。

   本次实验表明:单纯的底吹中,液面高度在熔池深度一半以下(约41.5cm),底吹气流量在最大值2.50 m ³/h以下时,无论是由一孔还是两孔,也无论如何改变液面高度,熔池的喷溅在液面以上3cm~15cm左右,偶有喷溅至炉口的现象。而在不同的孔数、液高下,随着气流量的改变形成了对熔池内液体的不同的搅拌形式,因而影响了熔池内液体的混匀时间。经实验发现在所选13cm~23cm的液面高度内,在17cm~23cm液高以及1.50m ³/h~2.00m ³/h的底吹气流量时采用两孔底吹将对熔池形成最佳的搅拌效果。

ABSTRACT:The experiment use one-tenth of Kunming iron-steel 125t converter as the patterns. Hydraulics model is built by using similar theories . Solid model and the model’ Froude number equation. Use water simulation steel liquid nitrogen from air simulation of converter, via the bottom of converter’ two elements blowing air. This experiment by changing the number of bottom component、bottom blowing air flow and liquid level discuss the effect of pool mixing、splashing capacity and blending time in bath. So as to find out the best technological parameters.

    Experiments have found that in pure bottom blowing, when the liquid level at the half of weld pool (about 41.5cm) and bottom blowing air flow under the maximum 2.5m³/h, no matter one or two and how to change the liquid level, weld pool splashing capacity in liquid surface 3cm~15cm or so, by chance there to the phenomenon of the throat. And in different bottom component、liquid level , with the change of gas flow of molten pool formation of liquid in the form of different agitation, thus affecting the pool of liquid in the time blender . From the experiment we found that when the liquid in 13cm~23cm, control the liquid level at 17cm~23cm and 1.50 m³/h ~2.00m³/h bottom blowing air flow use two bottom components may to the weld pool formation optimal mixing effect.
