摘要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了掺锰硫化锌粉末,并通过荧光分光光度计对其光致发光谱进行了检测,结果表明:制备硫化锌发光材料的最佳温度温度是80℃左右。锰离子的加入会削弱材料的发光强度,随着锰离子浓度的增大削弱程度越大,但温度高于400℃则相反。分别用波长为210nm、380nm、430nm、460nm的激发光激发样品,210nm的激发光激发时样品的发光强度最强,在330nm的激发光激发时能较清楚地看出其它较弱的发光峰位。

Abstract:With Sol-Gel techniques, ZnS:Mn powder were prepared and photoluminescence spectra of fluorescence spectrophotometer were detected. The result shows that the optimum temperature of preparation temperature is about 80 degrees. The luminescence intensity of material is weakened while adding Mn. The higher the concentration of Mn, The weaker the intensity. However it is totally opposite when the temperature is higher than 400 degrees. The exciting light of 210nm,380nm, 430nm,460nm are used to irradiate the sample. We get the strongest luminous intensity of sample in the wavelength of 210nm. In the wavelength of 330nm, we can see the other weaker luminescent peak.
