摘要:本文选择以玉米杆为模板制备多孔的锰氧化物,将玉米杆在烤箱里烘干后研磨,用Mn(NO3)2和MnAc2和10ml水配备锰液,并将其浸泡玉米杆24h,用相同的方法制备四个样品,然后都将其放在坩埚里再在马弗炉里焙烧,温度都调至200℃燃烧30min,再分别转移到200℃、400℃、600℃、800℃的马弗炉里焙烧90min,分别取出样品,进行编号,将样品在NMP、N一甲基毗咯烷,PVDF 、聚偏氟乙烯,碳黑下进行研磨,磨的时间15-20min,然后在铜箔上制做膜片,再把膜片放在干燥箱中干燥,用三相异步电动机进行切片,把极片切成10个孔径为16mm的小圆片装于小袋中。配置0.5摩尔每升的硫酸钾溶液浸泡隔离膜和膜片,装电容器;利用玉米秆作为模板,制备多孔锰氧化物,并将其作为电极材料做电性能的研究,将模板法延伸到利用生活中的基本植物作为模板,已达到对资源合理利用。从实验结果分析可得如下结论:

(1)图表对比结果表明各曲线相对较平稳,没有太大的起伏波动,说明电性能循环较稳定。随焙烧温度的升高衰减率逐渐下降,当样品在200oC的马弗炉里焙烧30min然后再转移到400oC的马弗炉里焙烧90min的条件下,曲线最为平稳,衰减率最为理想,循环性能较好;

(2)综合分析可知道,温度对充放电性能的影响较小,而样品焙烧在200oC的马弗炉里焙烧30min然后再转移到600 oC的马弗炉里焙烧90min为最佳状态;

From the analysis of experimental results can get a conclusion that:

The calcination temperature rise with attenuation gradually declined, when sample in the muffle furnace in 200oC 30min then transferred to the roasting in the 400oC muffle furnace 90min roasting, under the condition of most smoothly, attenuation curve most ideal, circulation performance is better;
