摘要:石墨烯为目前已知材料中最薄的一种,具有极大的吸附表面积,通过本身良好的吸附性能可起到富集有机污染物的作用;二氧化钛作为一种光催化剂,拥有广阔的应用前景,在常温常压下,即可分解水中的较难降解的有机污染物,因此,将二者联合用于处理印染废水。

   本文对于石墨烯和二氧化钛分别处理、联合处理印染废水进行了初步的实验和探索,通过实验对于石墨烯和二氧化钛在处理印染废水时的最佳投加量、反应时最佳pH值、最恰当离心转速、印染废水的浓度等参数做了初步的统计和计算,实验表明,在单因素条件下,石墨烯对于印染废水的COD去除率达到75%,二氧化钛达到68%。利用二者的最佳试实验参数进行联合处理印染废水,与此同时,采集高浓度化工废水(70000mg/L),用以检验其对高浓度废水的处理效果,最终测得COD去除率达到90%。因而,通过实验发现石墨烯- TiO2处理印染废水具有很高的COD去除率。

Abstract:Graphene is the thinnest kind of known materials, with a great deal of adsorption surface area, by itself good adsorption can play the role of the enrichment of organic pollutants to the treatment of dyeing wastewater; titanium dioxide as a photo catalyst has broad application prospects in the ambient temperature and pressure, can be decomposed to the degradation of organic pollutants in water is more difficult.Therefore, the combination for the treatment of dyeing wastewater. Graphene and titanium dioxide processing, jointly carried out preliminary experiments and explore the treatment of dyeing wastewater, experiments for graphene and titanium dioxide in the treatment of dyeing wastewater dosing amount, the reaction pH, the most appropriate centrifugal speed, printing and dyeing wastewater concentration parameters to do the preliminary statistics and calculations, experiments show that the single factor conditions, graphene, printing and dyeing wastewater COD removal efficiency of 75% ,68% to titanium dioxide. The experimental data obtained in the combination treatment of dyeing wastewater, the COD to deal with up to 90%. Thus, the experiment shows that graphene - TiO2 treatment of dyeing wastewater with high COD removal efficiency.
