摘要:液压缸缸底自动焊接装置,是一个全自动的焊接装置,该装置能够完成自动送料、自动焊接、自动下料这一生产流程。由于液压设备在社会上的广泛推广,越来越多的工厂都采用了液压设备。但是在焊接液压缸的时候总是有那么多的不顺,如果是用人工焊接,每个人的焊接技术都不一样,而且,同一个人所焊接出来的效果也会不一样。这种焊接的后果就是可能出现很多漏焊,相当于没有焊接一样,有很多的焊工在焊完液压缸之后,放在水里面液压缸会漏水,更不用说是在高压情况下工作的液压油了。本课题所设计的就是用机器代替人工焊接,这样的好处就是:焊接的时候不会像人工焊接那样因为某些主观的因素导致焊接质量差这样的问题,因为机器只要不出现故障,一批一批的焊接都是差不多的,不会像人工焊接那样,可以说是没一个液压缸的焊接都不一样。这样不但提高了我们的工作效率,同时还大大的降低了我们的生产成本,对于很多大型或者中小型企业提供了更高的利润。

   本设计就是主要围绕,该焊接装置的工作台部分,其原理就是怎样实现,自动焊的上料、工作、下料的这一全过程。重点是要编制油缸的制造工艺规程,重点是活塞和缸底的制造工艺规程。设计焊接工作台,重点是夹紧,旋转和调速控制部分。

ABSTRACT:Hydraulic cylinder, cylinder automatic welding devices, is a fully automatic welding device, this device can complete automatic feeding, automatic welding, automatic blanking the production process. Due to the hydraulic equipment widely in society, more and more factories are adopted hydraulic equipment. But at the time of welding of the hydraulic cylinder is always there are so many bad, if is to use manual welding, each person has a different welding technology, and the same person welding result will be different. The consequence of this kind of welding is possible many welding leakage, is equivalent to no welding, there are a lot of after the welder in the welding of the hydraulic cylinder, inside the water hydraulic cylinder will leak, not to mention work under high pressure situation of the hydraulic oil. Designed by this research is to use machine to replace manual welding, the advantage is that it does not like manual welding welded because some subjective factors lead to poor quality of welding the question, because the machine as long as not failure, a batch of a batch of welding are similar, not like manual welding, a hydraulic cylinder is not welding. Such not only improves the efficiency of our work, but also greatly reduces our production cost, for many large or small and medium-sized enterprises provide higher profits. 

   This design is mainly around the workbench part of welding device, its principle is how to realize and automatic welding of the feeding materials, work, and the whole process. Focus is to prepare oil cylinder manufacturing process procedures, the focus is on the piston and the cylinder bottom of the manufacturing process procedures. Design welding workbench, the focus is on clamping, rotation and speed regulation control part.
