摘要:轧钢机主传动系统属于整个轧机非常重要的一部分,本文基于它在传递能量与扭矩的同时可能会发生尖峰扭矩、振动振幅增大从而引起轧机轴系部件产生磨损、疲劳、变形,久而久之导致轧辊断裂、万向轴的偏头、虎口断裂、联轴器破坏、大人字齿轮断齿、主电机升高片断裂、电动机转子轴轴向窜动等问题,研究了650初轧机轴系扭矩的监测与诊断系统,这个系统对轧钢机的轴系扭转采用了传统的应变片式监测方法,及时的监测到扭矩数据变化并分析数据,获得轧钢机工作过程和相关故障的丰富信息,综合评价轧钢机及其各部分的工作状态,及时发现其异常现象,准确的判断和处理故障,以及摸索轴系扭转振动的规律,实现在线监测与诊断的目的,从而保证了轧机运行的安全性和可靠性,对于避免故障或者事故发生,减少停机损失具有重要作用。

ABSTRACT:Based on the main drive system is very important belongs to the whole part of the rolling mill, at the same time, it can happen peak torque and vibration amplitude increase in the transfer of power and torque causing shafting parts of rolling mill wear, fatigue, deformations and over time lead to slant head of cardan shaft, up roll fracture, the tiger's mouth fracture, the coupling damage, adult gear tooth broken, riser slice of main motor fault, rotor of the motor shaft axial channeling dynamic problems, and so on, studied mill shaft torque monitoring and diagnosis system of 650 blooming, the system of rolling mill of shafting torsional adopted traditional strain chip monitoring methods, timely monitoring to the torque data changes and analysis of data, access to the working process of the rolling mill and related rich information of fault, comprehensive evaluation of rolling mill and its working state of each part, found  the anomalies , accurate judgment and troubleshooting in time, and grope the law for shaft system torsional vibration, achieve the purpose of on-line monitoring and diagnosis, so as to ensure the safety of the mill operation
