摘 要:刮板输送机是粮食运输的主要运输设备之一。刮板输送机的可靠、稳定、高效运行将直接影响着粮食输送的生产能力和效率。为提高生产能力刮板输送机有向长距离型及超长距离型发展的趋势。本次设计的中单链型刮板输送机的特点是结构简单，受力均匀，运行平稳,摩擦阻力小，溜槽利用效率高，弯曲性能良好，不容易出现堵塞，具有很强的适用性。本文首先综合比较了各种类型运输机的特点，根据实际情况选用了中单链型刮板输送机。然后，对中单链型刮板输送机进行了总体结构的设计；对机头和机尾传动系统、溜槽、溜槽壁、溜槽盖、刮板链、刮板、链轮、机头、机尾等主要部件进行了技术分析和结构设计，完成了中单链型刮板输送机的整体结构设计以及机头部、溜槽、链轮轴组等重要部件的设计。最后对减速器及链轮轴组的轴、齿轮等重要零件进行了详细的设计计算和选择。

ABSTRACT: The scraper conveyer is the main transport equipment of the coal picking face. Scraper conveyor of reliable, stable and efficient operation will directly affect the productivity and efficiency of coal face. The scraper conveyer has the heavy-duty and super heavy development trend in order to increase production capacity. Firstly, the article compares the characteristics of various types of conveyor in this paper. Select the single-chain scraper conveyor according to the actual situation. This design of center single-chain of the scraper conveyer characteristic includes: the structure is simple, the stress is even, moves steadily, the friction drag is small, the chute use factor high, the curving performance is good, It is not easy to appear stops up, has the very strong compatibility.Secondly, this article designs the overall structure of the central single-chain scraper conveyor. To the nose transmission device, the aqueduct, the middle trough, the scraper chain, the scraper, the chain wheel, the airplane tail and other major component has carried on the technical analysis and the structural design. This paper completes the overall design of the double-chain scraper conveyor. And the Machine head, the central groove, chain- wheel sets and other important parts of the design is completed.  Finally, this article completes the detail part design of the reducer and chain- wheel set shaft, gears and other important parts in detail part design. This designed scraper conveyor has a large transport capacity and high reliability.
