摘要:科学技术日益发展,我国模具工业,尤其是对塑料模具提出了越来越高的要求,为了进一步掌握注塑模具设计的原理与方法,培养一般塑料制品成型模具的设计能力,本文以诺基亚5250手机外壳为研究对象,从以下几个方面对其进行了注塑模具的设计。

   (1) 从塑件的几何形状、结构、尺寸精度、表面粗糙度、脱模斜度对手机外壳加于分析,确定塑件采用的材料;同时对材料的注射成型工艺、性能、主要技术指标注射成型工艺参数加于分析。

   (2) 通过对塑件体积、质量的计算,确定注射机型号并对注射机参数进行校核;通过确定型腔数目、型腔分布、型腔分型面设计确定塑件在模具中的位置。

   (3) 介绍并根据浇注系统的设计原则,对主流道、分流道、浇口、冷料穴及拉料杆、排气系统从结构形式、尺寸等方面进行设计;对模具型芯、型腔的径向尺寸、中心尺寸、侧壁厚、底板厚等有关尺寸进行计算。

   (4) 通过计算塑件的体积和重量等数据,选择了注射模架并选取模架标准件;分析导向、定位机构的功用,对导柱、导套进行选用,形成系统的合模导导向机构;计算脱模阻力,进行脱模推出机构的设计;通过计算对温度调节系统进行设计。

   (5) 绘制完整的模具装配总图和主要的模具零件图并对其工作过程加以分析。

   通过以上内容的综合设计可确保模具工作运用可靠,保证了与其他部件的配合。在设计中除使用传统方法外,应用了CAD、UG等软件进行塑件分析和绘图。本课题在有限的时间里圆满完成了手机外壳的注塑模具设计,取得了比较满意的效果,达到了预期的设计意图。本课题对注塑模具设计的研究及发展有很好的利用价值。

Abstract:With the development of the Science and technology, mold industry in our country, especially for the plastic mold of the increasingly high demand, in order to further grasp the injection mold design principles and methods, training of ordinary plastic molding mold design, based on the Nokia5250mobile phone shell as the research object, from the following several aspects has carried on the injection mold design

   (1) From the plastic parts of the geometry, structure, size accuracy, surface roughness, mold release slope added to the cell phone case analysis to determine the material used in plastic parts; At the same time the material injection molding process, performance, major technical indicators plus injection molding process parameters for analysis. 

   (2) Plastic parts by volume, the quality of the calculations to determine the injection machine and injection machine parameters model checking; By determining the number of cavity, cavity distribution, sub-surface cavity design plastic parts to determine the position in the mold.

   (3) Describes the gating system design principles, the mainstream channel, diversion channel, gate, cold material points and pulling rod, exhaust system from the structure, size and other aspects of design; Calculated on the die size (including the type of heart, the radial size of the cavity, the center size, side wall thickness, floor thickness calculation.) 

   (4) Selected by calculating the injection mold and mold standard parts selection; Analysis-oriented, the function of positioning mechanism, to guide post, guide sleeve to use, guide the formation of system-oriented institutions mold; Calculated ejection resistance, the ejection mechanism design introduced; By calculating the temperature control system design. 

   (5) Complete the mold assembly to draw general plan and the main mold parts map and analyze their work processes. 

   By the above, the integrated design die is used to ensure reliable, ensuring coordination with other components. In addition to traditional design methods, the application of CAD, UG and other plastic parts of the software and mapping. The issue in the successful completion of the limited time the phone shell mold design, and achieved satisfactory results.
