摘要:人民币的升值能够在一定程度上促使资源的优化配置。 但对于外贸企业来说， 利润薄弱的中小企业会受到很大的影响，而一些有竞争力的产品生产企业，能够承受升值带来的成本上升影响。人民币升值会造成出口企业预期利润减少，价格竞争力下降，在开拓国际市场中遇到障碍。只有有效的规避汇率风险，采取积极的措施应对人民币升值带来的不利影响，才能使中小企业持续稳定的发展，在强烈的竞争中立于不败。人民币升值会在一定程度上导致外贸企业倒闭，而一些已经签定的出口定单也会受到损失，由企业自己来承担。长远的损失还表现在升值带来的产品出口价格的提高，这将直接影响企业产品的出口竞争力，同时带来一定的压力，但如果做好一些应对措施，那么不仅可以减少因人民币升值带来的压力，还可以促进企业的竞争力和市场影响力。

　　　人民币升值是国内外双重因素作用的结果，在促进我国经济发展的同时，也带来了一些问题。面对这把双刃剑，我国政府必须积极应对，完善宏观调控政策，才能实现我国经济又好又快地发展，真正将本国经济纳入国际经济发展的轨道，适应经济国际化发展的必然趋势，顺应历史潮流。我们应不断完善现有的经济法律政策，建立健全的相关机制，以便有针对性地对人民币升值带来的消极影响加以解决和防范，维护国家经济安全运行。
