摘要：由于经济形势处于不断变化之中，企业面临日益激烈的竞争压力，尤其对于坚持低成本战略的中国物流企业而言，降低物流成本，提高物流服务质量，来增强企业市场竞争力，意义是非常重大的。因此，安吉汽车物流作为第三方物流企业，如何利用自身资源，构建物流信息平台，充分利用水路和铁路运输以及快捷灵活的公路运输相连接的多式联运方式，降低物流成本，提高服务水平，是一项非常具有现实意义的研究课题。

Abstract:As today’s business environment has undergone tremendous and profound changes，enterprises are facing increasingly fierce competition，especially for Chinese logistic enterprises that win by low-cost．Reduce logistics costs and enhance logistics service quality, to enhance enterprise competitiveness in the market，the significance is very important．Therefore,as athird-part logisticsenterprise,how to take advantage of its resource and River & Sea Route, establish integrated IT Platformis significant for Anji Logistics who need improve service and cut down the cost．
