摘要

“泛珠三角”是在经济全球化和区域经济一体化这个大背景下产生的。云南是我国西部边疆经济发展水平相对落后的省区，与东盟国家相邻，同时也是中国通向南亚地区的重要陆上通道。然而，云南省产业不大不强，三大产业各自所占比重以及发展程度、发展方式等都存在诸多不合理，如何调整产业结构成为当前发展亟需解决的问题。本论文依据已有的相关理论，立足云南省现实情况，提出适合云南省发展的产业结构调整对策，以实现云南省产业结构的优化升级，促进云南省经济发展以及泛珠三角区域经济发展。

    云南省应主动推进产业结构的调整，以产业对接获得更多机会。本文从产业结构的角度，分析云南在“泛珠三角”合作中存在的问题，以中国统计年鉴获取的数据为依托，从2003年泛珠区域概念提出，到2010年的三大产业各占GDP的百分比，从市场规模、要素贡献、产品贡献方面分析泛珠区域合作对云南省产业结构产生的影响，提出云南省产业结构调整的对策及建议，在产业结构调整的方向以及优势和特色产业方面进行了细致的分析、初步的探讨，发展壮大云南的特色产业，把特色产业作为支柱，与周边省份相区分。市场的有序发展离不开政府的调节作用，最后本文为地方政府职能作用的发挥提出了思考与建议。

abstract

"Pan-Pearl River Delta" came from the context of economic globalization and regional economic integration. Yunnan is in China's western frontier, the level of economic development is relatively backward, it adjacent to the Asian countries, is also access to the South Asian region. However, the industries are not strong, there are many unreasonable of the proportion of the three major industries and development degree and mode of development. How to adjust the industrial structure of the current development problem needs addressing. This thesis is based on the existing regional co-operation and theory of industrial structure, the realities of Yunnan Province, proposed the adjustment of industrial structure for the Yunnan Province, the development of countermeasures, in order to achieve the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, to promote economic development in Yunnan Province, as well as the Pan-Pearl River Delta region economic development.    Yunnan Province should take the initiative to promote the adjustment of industrial structure, industrial connection to get more opportunities. This thesis on the perspective of the industrial structure analysis of the problems in Yunnan in the Pan-Pearl River Delta cooperation, relying on data obtained by the China Statistical Yearbook, from 2003 to 2010 the percentage of market size, factor contribution,  product contribution analysis produced by the Pan-PRD regional cooperation in Yunnan Province, the industrial structure adjustment measures and recommendations in the direction of industrial restructuring as well as the advantages and characteristics of industries carried out a detailed analysis of the preliminary discussion, development and expansion of Yunnan's characteristics as a pillar industry, the characteristics of industrial, distinguished from the surrounding provinces. The orderly development of the market without government regulation. At last, this thesis put forward thinking and recommendations for government to display functions.
