摘要:当前农民工群体日益扩大,已经逐步成为我国经济发展的重要贡献者。农民工的择业行为直接影响着企业的发展与社会经济建设,本研究希望通过对常州市农民工择业行为的研究,对农民工自身的择业、企业更好的用人、政府更好的提供就业指导给出合理的建议。本研究采用调查问卷形式,通过SPSS17.0数据分析,了解常州市农民工在入职、现职、离职三个方面的择业行为现状。在入职方面,农民工外出打工主要是因为城市就业机会多、城市工资待遇好及想学一门技术。由于调查对象中有新生代农民工,所以在外出打工原因上呈现出了多元化,不再像老一代农民工那样只是为了经济收入;在现职方面,农民工普遍对薪资不满意,认为加班也太多;在离职方面,大部分农民工离职是因为薪资太低,并且在离职后,农民工较多的选择继续留在常州或是去长三角其他城市工作。

Abstract:peasant-workers is widening, and has gradually become an important contributor to China's economic development. Job selection behavior of migrant workers has a direct impact on the development of enterprises and the social and economic construction, the study was to research on the job selection behavior of Changzhou’s migrant workers in order to give a reasonable proposal for migrant workers’careers, and better employment to businesses,as well as the government’s better better employment. This study used a survey questionnaire, through SPSS17.0 data analysis, to understand the current situation of the Changzhou’s migrant workers in entry, current employment, departure the three aspects of job selection behavior. In the entry of migrant workers migrant workers mainly because of the urban employment opportunities, urban wages and want to learn a technique. Beacause of Generation of migrant workers in the survey, the reasult showing the diversification of migrant workers, no longer as the older generation of migrant workers only to income; in serving migrant workers in general are not satisfied with the salary that overtime is also too much; most migrant workers departure because the salary is too low, and after termination of employment of migrant workers more choices to stay in Changzhou, or go to other cities in the Yangtze River Delta work.Keywords: migrant workers; job selection behavior; entry; present job;departure
