摘要:随着经济全球化的快速发展,人才已成为企业间竞争的第一大资源,而如今,在我国企业尤其是民营企业中,人才流失率居高不下,员工跳槽现象频频发生,已经严重影响到民营企业的经营和发展。本文首先对我国民营企业人才流失的现状作了深入分析,并从社会环境、民营企业自身、企业家及员工个人三个方面剖析了民营企业人才流失的原因,最后提出了降低人才流失的对策和措施: 建立合理的招聘制度,选择合适的人才;建立科学合理的绩效考评机制,营造公平的晋升环境;建立有效的激励与薪酬制度,促进员工和企业的共同发展;制定职业生涯规划和培训制度,注重人才的培训;建立友好的沟通途径,促进员工与企业间的理解;培育优秀的企业文化,增强员工的认同感;提高民营企业家的自身素质,增强领导者的个人魅力;完善违约赔偿制度,降低企业损失等。

Abstract:The economic globalization grows rapidly nowadays; talents have become one of the most important resources in the competition of enterprises. However, such an important resource in Chinese enterprises, especially in privately owned enterprises, runs off so fast that the rate of job-hoping stays at a high level. Employees job-hop so frequently that this situation has do negative effect to the growth and development of privately owned enterprises. This essay will focus on the present situation of running off of talents, according to the social environment, the privately owned enterprise itself and entrepreneurs analyzes the reasons of talents running off and also suggests some countermeasures against it. First, the privately owned enterprises should set up a reasonable system to employ suitable talents. Second, privately owned enterprises should build reasonable performance indicator system so that the firms can make a fair environment for every employee. Third, privately owned enterprise should build reasonable rewards and punishment system, and to improve the development between each employee. Fourth, the privately owned enterprises should make a plan about the future of the company and the training system to pay more attention on the employee education. Fifth, the leaders should make the employees feel not that hard to connect with leaders, which is aimed at improve the familiar between employees and their companies. Sixth, privately owned enterprise should try hard to build a better enterprises culture to let its employee agree with it. Finally, the entrepreneurs should improve the quantity of themselves to enhance the glamour of being a leader; Improving the system of compensation for breach and reduce the enterprise's losses.
