摘要:随着经济社会的不断发展,人力资源逐渐成为经济社会发展的重要而稀缺的资源,人力资本成为商业银行核心竞争力的源泉,商业银行之间的竞争根本上是人才的竞争。面对全球经济一体化的竞争形势以及来自外资银行的直接挑战,商业银行在人力资源管理方面存在一定的缺陷,本文从人力资源配置、激励机制、绩效考核方式、员工培训投入等方面分析了商业银行人力资源管理存在的问题,提出了改进商业银行人力资源管理的基本思路和对策,力图找出适合商业银行的发展道路和实际措施。 关键词:商业银行;人力资源;薪酬;绩效考核
Abstract :With the socioeconomic development, human resource is becoming an essential and rare resource for the society. It is the rootstock of entrepreneur’s core competitive power and the competition among commercial banks actually turns to be competition among talents. Under the background of economic integration and direct challenge from abroad banks, there are some drawbacks in the management of human resource of commercial banks. This thesis analyzes and points out problems existing in the allocation of human resource, incentive mechanism, the way of performance assessment, the investment of staff training etc and presents strategies and approaches to discover appropriate way and effective measures in ameliorating HR management of commercial banks.
