摘要：步入21世纪，物流企业如雨后春笋般在中国大地不断发展，从萌芽到成长，经历了风风雨雨，而在加入WTO后，国外的物流企业入驻中国，为中国物流带来了新的血液和理念，其中有许多值得我们借鉴的地方，而绿色物流就是其中之一。本文首先对绿色物流进行了界定并介绍了联邦绿色物流的发展现状及发展特色，然后结合实际分析了我国绿色物流的现状，介绍了绿色物流的范例——联邦快递；最后探讨了联邦绿色物流的发展对我国物流业的启示及借鉴意义，并总结了以后中国物流应当注意的问题和未来发展方向。

Abstract：Into the 21 century, logistics enterprise development fast and fast, from buds to grow,it has experienced many difficult, when joining the WTO, foreign logistics enterprises China, it brings new blood and ideas for Chinese logistics , and many of them are worth our using for reference of place, and green logistics is one of them.The first of this paper is explain what is green logistics and introduces the current situation of the development of the green logistics and development characteristics, and then combining with actual analysis of the present situation of green logistics in China, this paper introduces the example of green logistics-fedex; Finally, the paper discusses the development of green logistics for the Chinese logistics industry enlightenment and reference, and sums up what the problems shall be attention to China logistics and the future development direction how to go.

　　　本文的创新之处在于提出为企业建立良好的绿色物流形象，这是其它论文研究中往往容易忽视的问题。与其它绿色物流实践上的不同，它更着重于宣传手段和公司氛围，如何通过各种方法为企业建立绿色形象正是本文的突破点。当然本文还有许多不足之处，由于案例的局限，而没有对海运如何进行绿色物流进行探讨；没有对当前争论热烈的逆向物流作出分析与见解。这些不足仍是我需努力的地方。下一步，我将继续改进对中国绿色物流的发展研究。不单单从快递行业作出举例，还将通过不同形式的物流企业提出值得我们借鉴的地方。
