摘要:现代网络与信息技术的发达以及舆论媒体的宣传,在小学课堂中,使得教师对学生实施惩罚招致了广泛的批评,而教师在对这种教育方法进行选择与实施时越来越多地背负着来自社会各方面的沉重压力。人们认为在学校中进行惩罚就是给学生带来痛苦,就是对学生的伤害,不利于学生的成长。殊不知,惩罚其实是一种否定性的教育方法,合理的惩罚是通过有意义的痛苦使学生从内心认识到自己错误的问题行为,从而提高其道德认识,促进其行为转化。本文主要在具体的情境中,探讨实施恰当的惩罚与不实施惩罚所带来的结果,从而进一步研究其对学生产生的影响。

abstract:As modern network and information technology developing, and the widespread dissemination of public opinion, teacher punish students incurred by a wide range of criticism。In this case, teachers must confront the large pressure what come from Parents and society when selecting and carrying out punishment. On the other hand, people think that carry out punishment to students in school will take a great painful to them, it will hurt students and it will not contribute to the growth of the students. But Many people do not know the punishment is a negative method in education. Reasonable punishment is to make students recognize their error behavior in the heart as a meaningful pain. In this way, we can improve students’ moral understanding and promote their act conversion. This paper will analyze the results of implement appropriate penalties and no punishment in real situation ,research the impaction on students.

   在现实中,由于惩罚的消极影响的扩大以及对惩罚的片面认识,越来越多的人对惩罚持否定态度。在我的实习阶段与学生家长的接触中,他们都建议多对学生表扬与奖励,尽量少用或不用惩罚,有的教师干脆就直接放弃了惩罚。而这样的后果不仅助长了学生的不良行为意识,养成了他们散漫的行为习惯,最终可能致使学生是非不明,曲直难辨,缺乏判断能力与对挫折的的抵御能力,最终取得了相反的效果。作为一名准教师的我来说,怎样在以后的小学课堂中合理的使用惩罚,能够让学生和学生家长接受这种惩罚,我觉得对于我来说非常的必要。
