摘  要:江苏省自2009年开始执行严格规范办学的“五严令”后,教学秩序得到了很大的改观,学生过重的学习负担得到了缓解。但目前高中物理教学凸显的一个矛盾是教学内容与教学时间的严重不匹配,既要实施好新课程,努力达成三维教学目标,又要提高课堂教学效率,在高考中取得好的成绩,但教学时间相对以前严重不足,特别是高考物理学科自从实行等级计分以来,从领导到学生明显对物理学科重视不足。对新课程实施中凸显的教学内容多、难、繁、杂等进行分析,回归新课程对教学要求的本质。本课题拟从近30年来高中物理教学内容变化、教学要求变化、高考要求变化和教学时间变化分析目前物理教学的内容与时间瓶颈问题的形成原因, 并从转变教学观念、积极推进新课程教学、发挥学生物理学习的主观能动性、全面提高物理教师教学能力和水平,以及提出教学与高考评价建议等方面提出解决这个瓶颈问题的方法途径以及应对策略。

Abstract: Since 2009 ,Jiangsu Province, the school began to strictly regulate the implementation of school "five strictly". Teaching order has been greatly improved, too heavy study load of students have been eased. But there are still contradictions of teaching high school physics at school. Teaching content and teaching time is still a serious mismatch. To students from the leadership was not enough emphasis on the physical sciences. I will analyze the changes in high school physics course content, teaching requirements change, the college entrance examination and the teaching time for change in thirty years. I will propose a solution: change the teaching ideas, and actively promote the new curriculum, improve teaching ability and level of physics teachers and to change the evaluation system of college entrance examination.
