摘要:教育的发展很大程度上取决于教师的发展,积极主动的发展是教师专业发展的最有效途径,是教育发展的必然要求,也是教师自我发展的必然结果。教师自主专业发展给教师发展提供了新的途径。教师自主专业发展不仅仅依靠外在物质与社会制度的保证,更得益于教师内心的情感认同。教师情感认同不仅是教师专业发展的基本前提和不竭之源,而且是教师专业发展的奋斗目标和永恒追求。中学语文教师作为一个重要而又特殊的群体,语文教师的内心情感对自身专业发展更具有积极意义。本文旨在讨论情感认同对中学语文教师专业自主发展的重要作用,并针对连云港市中学语文教师自主专业发展存在的问题,制定提高中学语文教师情感认同的有效策略,进而促进教师专业快速发展。

Abstract:The development of education depends on Teachers' development, the development of active is the most effective way of teacher's professional development, is the inevitable requirement of the development of education, but also the inevitable result of teachers' self-development. Teacher professional development is based not only on the external material and social guarantee system, but also benefited from the teacher's emotion recognition. The teacher emotion recognition is not only the basic premise of teacher professional development and the inexhaustible source, and is the goal and the eternal pursuit of teacher professional development. Middle school teachers of Chinese as an important group, more positive development of language teachers on their professional emotion. This paper aims to discuss the important role of emotional identification of independent development of middle school Chinese teachers' professional, and in view of the existing professional development of middle school Chinese teachers Lianyungang city problems, the Chinese teachers emotional identification of effective strategies, and promote the rapid development of teacher professional.

   本文力求通过对连云港中学教师自主专业发展情况的调查分析,把握连云港市中学教师自主专业发展的现状及问题,归纳情感认同对教师自主专业发展的重大意义,分析语文教师缺乏情感认同的主要原因,并结合实证研究结果,制定提高中学语文教师情感认同的有效策略,从而更好促进中学教师专业成长,提高连云港地区语文教师教学水平。

   本次研究,从教师情感出发,可以为连云港中学教师专业发展提供新的思路与路径,有利于学校根据教师相关情况,制定相应的自主发展模式。同时,本文明确提出情感认同的重大作用,也为教师个体发展提供了新的突破口,有助于中学教师走出职业倦怠,树立积极正确的教师发展观。
