摘要：随着经济快速地发展，我国地方政府管理已经满足不了当今社会发展的需要，亟需改革创新，同时推进社会管理创新是我国和谐社会建设的重要主题。如今，地方政府管理方式存在一些问题，这一些问题还没有根本得到解决，而社会的发展需要政府管理创新，改变政府官员对管理的理念，以及树立人们公仆的思想，才能建立真正有效的服务型政府，才能更好地建立和谐的社会，为人们群众提供更好的生活。

Abstract:With the rapidly economic development, local government management in our country have already can't satisfy the needs of the development of today's society, needs reform the innovation, and promote the innovation in social management is an important subject in the building of a harmonious society in our country.Nowadays , there exist some problems in the management of local government, some problems that has not been resolved, and the development of the society needs the government management innovation, change the idea of government officials to management, and set up the ideas of public servant, to establish a truly effective service-oriented government, to better build a harmonious society, the masses to provide a better life for the people.
