摘要

当前，我国正处在全面建设小康社会、加快推进社会主义现代化建设的新的发展阶段，农村改革、稳定和发展的任务很是重要。农村各项政策是否落实到实处，这关系到广大群众的切身利益。为此，健全和完善村务公开制度，扎实推进村务公开工作，对社会主义新农村建设具有极为重要的意义。发展社会主义民主政治，建设社会主义政治文明是全面建设小康社会的重要标志之一，只有把村务公开工作和民主制度建设作为农村工作的一项重要任务抓紧、抓实，才能推进农村基层民主政治建设，促进农村的改革、稳定和发展，才能加快社会主义的建设。
