摘要：法治观念这样的名词在中国出现的时间比较晚，原因是中国特定的历史因素和基本国情让人们在以往的生活中并不是很关注法治的发展。在当代中国社会中，越来越多的人认识到法治关乎到每个人的生活以及社会的发展。人们认识到当代中国社会中，法治观念存在着很多的问题。这些问题由多种原因造成，有传统文化、历史因素、基本国情等。社会上的个人、组织以及相关的国家机构正努力的解决这些问题，完善法治观念在当代中国社会的发展。

Abstract:The concept of the rule of law in China nouns that comes late, because of historical factors Chinese specific and the basic situation of people in the past life is not very concerned about the development of the rule of law. In the contemporary China society, more and more people are aware of the rule of law related to the development of each individual life and society. People realize that the contemporary China society, the concepts of the rule of law are a lot of problems. These problems caused by various reasons, traditional culture, historical factors, the basic situation. To solve these problems is to individual, organization of society and the relevant national institutions, development and improvement of the concept of rule of law in contemporary China society.
