摘要：本文从社会运行方面谈起，进而阐明加强政府公共危机管理的意义，指出我国政府现有公共危机管理制度方面存在的问题，提出在把握科学性、时效性、人本性三项原则的基础上针对存在的诸多问题如何解决的具体措施，以此不断完善公共危机管理制度，从而塑造良好的政府形象。
