摘要：我国正处在一个公共危机多发的时期，政府能否有效化解公共危机是检验政府执政能力的重要指标，也是政府获得国民信任与支持的关键因素之一。本文试图通过分析我国政府危机管理现状，明确加强政府危机管理的必要性，针对危机发生的不同阶段，提出一些提高政府危机管理能力的对策。

Abstract:Our country is in a period of public crisis. The government solving the public crisis effectively is the important index for testing the governing capacity and is one of the keys to achieve the public trust and support. On the basis of the analyses of current situation of China's government public crisis management, this thesis manifests the necessity of government public crisis management. In view of the different stages of crisis, I put forward several approaches to improve government public crisis management.
