摘要:在义务教育普遍实施的今天,学校几乎占据了一个人从童年期到少年期再到青年期的绝大部分时间,但实际上家庭教育在孩子人格形成时期具有学校教育无法替代的重要性。为适应人才化潮流,满足社会对高质量富有创造性的新型人才的需求,本文试图通过

举例、对比等方式说明我国在家庭教育促进中小学生人格发展方面面临的挑战,分析家庭教育模式的差异对学生个体人格健康发展的正负面影响,从而论证家庭教育对培养孩子人格的重要性不容忽视,结合我国当前家庭教育的发展现状提出塑造良好家庭教育环境的可行性措施,针对目前家庭教育教学中存在的问题,提出一些需要注意的原则和对策,达到家庭教育与学校教育以及社会教育的进一步互补,以充分发挥家庭教育的作用,大力推进中小学生人格培养。
