江苏城镇居民医疗保险制度及其完善

摘要：城镇居民医疗保险制度，是对那些居住和生活在城镇的非从业居民的医疗保障问题做出的制度安排，江苏省城镇居民医疗制度自实施以来，为城镇居民的疾病医疗提供了保障。但是仍然存在着保障力度低、看病贵等问题，政府应该从制度自身的完善、医疗机构的协同建设、重视被参保人的利益等多个方面，进一步促进和改善这一制度，让弱势百姓真的不再为求医问药犯难发愁。

Jiangsu Urban Residents' Medical Insurance System and Its Perfection

Abstract：Medical insurance system for urban residents is the arrangement of those living in Urban Non employed residents medical security problem to make the system, medical insurance system of urban residents in Jiangsu Province since the implementation, for urban residents medical disorders has provided a guarantee. But there are still efforts to protect low and expensive problem, the government should from construction and the coordination of the perfection of the system itself, medical institutions valued insurance interests, etc., to further promote and improve the system for vulnerable people really no longer chemists screenwriters to worry about.
