中国周边战略环境分析中的中美关系研究

摘  要：经过三十八年的改革开放，中国在经济、文化、科技、军事等领域取得了巨大的进步，综合国力和国际地位显著提高！中国崛起的势头势不可挡。但近年来，中国部分周边环境发生变化，面临诸多挑战。一方面，部分国家借助与美国的同盟关系寻求改变现状，导致周边海域呈现出海洋争端多发，频发的态势；另一方面，中国在周边“以经促政”的战略效果明显下降。中国周边环境的变迁的动因主要源于地区的结构性矛盾，而美国正是利用中国与周边国家存在的问题与争议搞“鹬蚌相争渔翁得利”，美国及其盟友试图选择预防性的战略应对中国的崛起。在美国重返亚太的大背景下，中国的地缘战略空间被进一步压缩。

China's rise and the strategic environment of China's periphery

Abstract: After thirty-eight years of reform and opening up, China has made great progress in the fields of economy, culture, science and technology, military and other fields. The comprehensive national strength and international status have been improved significantly! Chinese rise momentum be a trend which cannot be halted. But in recent years, the Chinese part of the surrounding environment has changed, many challenges: on the one hand, some countries with the United States to seek change in alliance with the United States, resulting in the surrounding waters showing a number of maritime disputes, frequent situation; in addition, China in the surrounding areas to promote governance, the strategic effect is significantly decreased. The cause of the change of environment in China is mainly due to the structural contradictions in the region. The United States is the use of problems and disputes exist in China and its neighboring countries to engage in "when the Snipe in Yuwengdeli", the United States and its allies tried to prevent the strategy of coping with China's rise. In the context of the United States to return to Asia Pacific, China's geopolitical strategy space is further compressed.
