摘要

   目前,我国部分少数民族地区基层公务员的行政伦理道德存在不少问题,这直接影响了少数民族地区广大人民群众的切身利益。加快我国少数民族地区基层公务员行政伦理建设已成为时代发展的需要。少数民族地区基层公务员行政伦理失范不仅有其自身的原因,也有社会历史及环境因素,更有现行的行政伦理规范不健全的因素。因此,必须加强少数民族地区基层公务员自身行政伦理教育,加强少数民族地区行政伦理制度建设,加强对少数民族地区广大民族群众的道德建设与政治素质培养,净化社会风气。

Abstract

   At present, part of the China's  minority nationality areas of the grass-roots civil servants administrative ethics has many problems, it directly affects the  benefit of the the minority .Accelerate the minority areas of grass-roots civil servants administrative anomie not only has its own reason, also have the social history and environmental factors,Even more ,the present  administrative ethics is not imperfect.Therefore, we must strengthen the ethnic minority areas of grass-roots civil servants their own administrative ethics education, enhance the minority area administrative ethics system construction, reinforce the minority area vast national masses moral construction and political quality training, purify the social atmosphere.
