摘要:自2008年3月以来，在中共中央的领导下，“大学生村官”计划在全国范围内火热开展。大批知识分子还乡，在很大程度上提高了农村政务的效率，促进了农村经济的发展。然而，由于国家对“大学生村官培训工作”的认识不到位，乡镇级政府对“大学生村官”的培训大多流于形式，严重影响和制约着“大学生村官”价值的实现。为保持“村官”培训工作的生机和效率，需要我们正确意识到加强对“大学生村官”培训的重要性，建立起一套较为完善的“大学生村官”培训机制。

ABSTRACT:Since March,2008, the university student village official plan was developed nationwide under the Central Committee of Chinese Communist Party's leadership. A large number of intellectuals returned of the native and improved the efficiency of rural government affairs greatly. Besides, it also promoted the development of rural economy. However, as for the university student village official training work was not reached the designated position. The township government on college-graduate village official training was mostly a formality. And as a result, that has interacted University Student Village officers to realized their own value. Therefore, we should realize the importance of training to strengthen college student village officers and establish a relatively perfect college-graduate village official training mechanism to keep the university student village official training work vigor and efficiency.

当前乡镇级政府对“大学生村官”的培训工作过于形式化已严重影响着“大学生村官”政策的有效实施。对此，我们必须正确认识到加强对“大学生村官”培训的重要意义，建立一套科学完整的“大学生村官”培训体系，努力提高培训内容的针对性和时效性，创新培训方式方法，改进培训教学模式，对“大学生村官”进行全面而深入的培训，真正使其做到扎根农村，学以致用，为农村事业的发展做出贡献。
