摘要：新教师特指刚刚踏上教师岗位1-3年,处于学生到教师的角色转换过渡期的青年教师。新教师在教学技能以及教学常识上有所欠缺，物理新教师处于专业发展的初期，教学过程中总会遇到各种各样的困难，若不能很好的解决这些困难，对新教师的职业发展有很大阻碍，以至于新教师无法成长为优秀的教师，担负起重任，甚至放弃教师职业，这段时间我们也称之为教师求生期。

　　通过对文献的研读、调查问卷、个案分析，总结归纳出新教师在最初几年职业生涯中最为常见最为难以解决的困难，针对典型有代表性的困难给出合适的应对策略。

　　要解决新教师的入职困惑，不仅需要教师自身的不懈努力，更需要的是学校以及社会各个方面的支持。

Abstract: new teachers on teachers' jobs especially just 1-3 years students to teachers in the role transformation of the transitional period of young teachers. 　　Through the study of literature, questionnaire, case analysis, summarizing new teachers for the first few years of his career is the most difficult to solve the most common difficulties, in view of the typical representative of the right strategies are difficult. 

　　To solve the new teacher orientations is confused, not only requires teachers to their own unremitting efforts, and has more need of school and support all aspects of the society.
