摘要：当今时代，网络带来了一个全新的文化环境，广大青少年是我国社会主义的接班人，是社会的未来和希望，而青少年的素质决定着国家和民族前途和命运。网络的出现为广大青少年带来便利的同时也随之引发了一系列问题，网络文化对青少年的思维方式等多方面产生了巨大的影响，青少年的思想政治教育工作受到巨大的挑战的同时也迎来了新的机遇。思想政治教育应该与时俱进，紧跟时代的步伐针对青少年的特点和思想现状进行工作，形成学校、家庭、社会和青少年自身的有机统一体，实现制度规范和自我教育的有机结合，在实践中不断探索进而解决问题。

Abstract:Nowadays, the network has brought a new cultural environment, the majority of teenagers who are the successors of socialism in China, are the hope and future of society, and the quality of them determines the country and the nation's future and destiny. The appearance of network not only brings convenience to the majority of teenagers but also subsequently causes a series of problems, for network culture produces a huge impact on their mode of thinking, etc.,the ideological and political education of teenagers have great challenges and meet in the new chances at the same time. Ideological and political education should be advancing with the times, keep up with the pace of the times according to the characteristics and the present situation of the youth ideological work, formation of school, family, social, and  the organic unity of adolescent self, to realize the organic combination of institutional norms and self education, continuously explore and solve the problem in practice.
